STARTING HOURLY PAY $16.50
WORK OBJECTIVE: Performs experienced paraprofessional work in organizing, supervising and coordinating recreational programs and activities at the City’s recreational facility and/or its surrounding fields/parks. Responsible for the routine custodial, clerical, and programming, tasks associated with the facility and/or recreational activities. Work is performed under minimal supervision with considerable latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment. Reports to the Recreation Coordinator. Part-time position, works 24 hours a week or less.
Requirements:
Must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida driver’s license. Applicants who possess a valid out of state driver’s license must obtain the Florida driver’s license within 30 days of employment.
Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within six (6) months of employment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required. One or more years of experience in leisure/recreation activities. Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends.
