Position Summary
A Small Group Training Instructor is passionate about helping members reach their goals through **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Fitness' scientifically based individualized group training programs. The SGTC will educate, motivate and promote a healthy way of life by delivering quality, on brand group training programs through their encouraging voice and energetic personality.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Promote and deliver quality customer service
Creates an educational, safe and inviting experience for all participants
Develops positive relationships with class participants, through continuous engagement and consistent follow-up
Educates class participants on correct form and alternate moves during class
Promotes and sells fitness division services within the club and the community
Attentively listens to members, answers questions, and engages in conversation before, during and after classes
Cleans and organizes group training area after each class
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with heart rate training
CPR and AED Certified

Preferred Requirements
Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field
