Description:
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Western, an NAIA four-year public institution located in Dillon, Montana, seeks candidates for the position of Head Women’s Basketball Coach. The successful candidate must operate within the Championship Experience athletic department framework. This is a full-time position providing oversight of all aspects of the day-to-day operations including but not limited to: game scheduling, practice preparation, skill instruction, on court coaching, player development, budget management, team travel, supervision of assistant coaching staff, fundraising, and adhering to the rules and regulations of the university, Frontier Conference and NAIA.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and at least three to five years of collegiate, professional, club or high school women’s basketball coaching experience. Excellent leadership ability, excellent interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to the total welfare of student-athletes. Demonstrated commitment to developing a successful program both academically and athletically.

experiential learning delivered on the block schedule. Class sizes are small and students take a single course at a time, three hours each day for 18 days, before moving on to the next course.
