St. Margaretu2019s Center is a 94 bed skilled nursing facility providing short-term, long-term, and respite care to children and young adults with disabilities. Our dedicated team of professionals delivers individualized care focusing on the unique needs of our residents. To learn more about St. Margaret's Center, please check out our Virtual Tour: **** As a CTRS you will be responsible for assisting the Resident Life team with providing therapeutic recreation programs and experiences for the residents of St. Margaretu2019s Center. These experiences are designed to improve each childu2019s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional functioning abilities.Requirements:Bacheloru2019s degree in the field of Therapeutic Recreation or related fieldCertified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) requiredValid NYS Drivers LicenseAt least 1 year related experience, specifically in providing care and recreational programs to individuals with developmental disabilitiesMust be able to lift a minimum of 50 poundsThe compensation range for this position is $16.40 to $21.32 per hour.
