**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., the largest multi-sport enrichment program in the country, is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Daycare Sports Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis. Our program is designed for children ages 1-6 to have fun through positive movement experiences, with a focus on meeting their motor-development milestones. Instructors teach the fundamentals of 10 different sports in a non-competitive environment, while also incorporating lessons about nutrition and muscle groups to enhance motor skills and physical literacy. As a Daycare Sports Instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging and age-appropriate sports classes that promote physical activity and teach valuable life skills in a fun and inclusive setting.
Responsibilities
Lead engaging and age-appropriate sports classes for children ages 1-6 in daycare centers and preschools.
Teach the fundamentals of 10 different sports in a non-competitive environment.
Incorporate lessons about nutrition and muscle groups to enhance motor skills and physical literacy.
Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and promotes physical activity.
Prepare equipment and supplies needed for each class.
Build strong relationships with childcare providers and parents.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your classes.
Requirements
Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
Passion for sports and physical activity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead engaging and age-appropriate sports classes.
Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
Availability to work part-time, early mornings and afternoons.
Reliable transportation to travel to various daycare centers and preschools within the area.

Pay: $18.00 to $27.00 /hour
