Create short animation for mobile game (Football/Soccer)

I require a number of animations to be made (up to 30 over the coming months) of Footbal players taking free kicks. It includes a run up, striking of the ball, and a follow through. It has to be similar to the reference video that I send. The run up & striking of the ball will be 1-1.5 seconds, with a simple follow through after that (it is not looped so doesnt have to finish in an exact spot).
The animation must look smooth and natural with no missing frames. If you can do this first one (the first one is the most complicated the others are much easier) then I will issue all future work to you.
The animation:
1/ Short shuffle before the run up
2/ Short run up
3/ Strike the ball
4/ follow through.
I have attached a video for reference. BUDGET for this micro-animation is £20-30
