DescriptionReceive $500 Sign On Bonus, if selected for this position!Acts in absence of director/head golf professional to manage daily golf operations including registration, events and tournaments, merchandising, equipment maintenance and rentals, player/outside services, golf-related food and beverage and golf instruction. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. (set-up, rentals, cart signage, kp’s long drive etc) nMust complete a player ability test, PGA required schools (min. PGA level 2), pass an oral examination given by peers and continue to improve skills by attending seminars and workshops.nWork with retail staff to ensure professionalism and proper communication is being provided at all times. (Support with member/customer complaints) Assist with rate changes.nOutside Services: Responsible for cleanliness of golf cart staging area, golf carts, bagroom, cart barn, valet etc. (All areas have proper signage) nFiscal Management: Assist in overseeing outside service operating budget. Responsible for buying all necessary supplies within our budgetnTee Sheet Management: Maximizing tee-sheet along with Pace-of Play. (Coordinate Pace-of Play with Player Assistants) nDriving Range: Professional display each day with bag stands and golf balls displayed on fresh grass and making sure we have plenty of range balls. (Range picked each night with fence being hand picked and perimeter) nValet Service: Responsible for great service to our guests and members; maintaining their keys and monitoring parking lot. nAssist with member events and attend various member functions. nAdvisor of rules and regulations with members, guests and employees. nAbility to teach individual golf lessons to members.nRequirementsWhat are we looking for?Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
