A Recreation Attendant is responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience at the resort's pools, cabanas, and recreational facilities.

What will I be doing?

As a Recreation Attendant, you would be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and fun environment for guests enjoying the hotel pools, lazy river, cabanas and recreational facilities. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


Greet guests and tend to their pool-related needs including, but not limited to, getting fresh towels, relocating chairs and/or umbrellas, and issuing recreational equipment, etc.
Maintain cleanliness of general pool area and pool deck including, collecting towels, emptying used towel bins, replenishing towels, and organizing poolside furniture and cabanas
Maintain equipment including, but not limited to, umbrellas, floats, and recreational equipment, etc.
Monitor use of the facility and address and/or report potential hazards
Respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Perform general Recreation duties, as needed
