Soccer ball physics game for iOS & Android (Ball Physics Expert Required)

I am currently working on a single player offline football/soccer game that requires the use of an expert with ball physics. I have had BAD freelancers in the past when it comes to ball physics so I do not want to waste my time anymore.
I need a freelancer who;
1/ can develop an app for Android AND iOS in Unity 3D or Unreal with a great finish to look professional and not amateur
2/ understands ball physics in relation to soccer free kicks (power, curve, dip etc) *VERY IMPORTANT*
3/ knows how to make exciting casual games that are very good quality
4/ understands in-game lighting effects
5/ knows how to monetise with ads
The game will require different obstacles to be generated in game and the player to build a streak of goals. I have all the assets and 3D models ready
