Head Softball Coach

Profile

We are seeking applicants for a regular, part-time, 12-month head coaching position. This position is responsible for the management of all aspects of a successful women's varsity softball program at the NAIA level. The primary responsibilities include: recruiting, practice planning and supervision, coaching at competitions, scheduling of games and travel, budget management, equipment purchasing, academic supervision, eligibility compliance, scouting and allocation of scholarship dollars. Support of athletic department initiatives and, as needed, other team events are also required.
Position requires a bachelor's degree, coaching experience, preferably at the college level, and demonstrated ability to coach and recruit skilled student-athletes.
Required start date is August 1, 2015.
