We have open opportunities to provide you with an outstanding future as a part of our team. nAs a Recreation Coordinator you are what makes the guest’s experience one that is full of surprise and charm, by bringing fun and happiness to our guests, both children and adults.nWe offer a phenomenal benefit package to our full-time Team Members that include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, Paid Time Off (PTO) program and outstanding travel benefits.nYou will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:nnCoordinate recreational programs on a day-to-day basis for all age groups according to needs and interests of guests/owners, resort requirements, and seasonal opportunitiesnPlan, coordinate, and teach specific classes, activities and events, including special events, holiday programs, competitions, mixers, and other group activitiesnSupervise pool activities, towel inventory control, and all other activity common areasnPreparing and facilitating the organized activities as outlined in our Activities Program.nMust be able to tolerate & work in outdoor temperatures and environment.nPublic speaking on a microphone, cash handling, water slide attending and general clerical/administrative duties may also be required.nnnQualificationsnWhat are we looking for?nTo fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:nnHigh School/GEDn6 Months Customer ServicenAbility to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.n1-2 years of practical recreation experiencennHilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering dedication to innovation, quality, and continued growth.
